President’s Welcome Address

The President of the Singapore National Olympic Council RAdm (NS) Teo Chee Hean welcomed all delegates and affiliates to the AGM. The minutes of the last AGM held on 11 May 2002 were confirmed with minor amendments.

Annual Report and Statement of Account

The Annual Report and statement of account were approved at the AGM.

Election of Two Office bearers representing the NSAs

Mr Low Teo Ping, President of Singapore Sailing Federation and Mr Robert Tan, Vice President of Singapore Dragon Boat Association were returned unopposed as Executive Committee members of the SNOC for the term 2003/04.

Honorary Treasurer / External Auditor

Mr Kua Hong Pak and the PricewaterhouseCoopers were re-elected as Hon. Treasurer and the External Auditor respectively for the financial year 1 April 2003 to 31 March 2004.
